Dryden razook, PRINCIPAL
Principal Dryden Razook has 20 years of architectural design and development experience. Dryden specializes in designing projects at all scales in the mixed-use, retail, office, and multi-family sectors. His skill in creating innovative solutions is evident in the Neuhoff project in Nashville, which draws on Dryden’s talents in design, master planning, and adaptive reuse. At this 1.3M sf complex, he created a vibrant mix of offices, cultural spaces, residential units, and retail/dining establishments, linked together by a variety of pedestrian-friendly, experiential spaces.
For Manhattan West, a mixed-use building in the Hudson Yards district, Dryden organized 180,000 sf of retail spread over two floors and incorporated a public through-way into the design. In Atlanta, at the 725 Ponce project, he capitalized on the office building’s proximity to the popular Belt Line to create public and pedestrian-friendly spaces throughout an expansive ground-level retail development.
Additional projects in which Dryden has played a principal design role include 125 Lincoln Street, Rockefeller Center, 77 Charlton, 100 Pearl, and Ponce City Market Rezoning.
Certified in real estate development by New York University, Dryden earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a MArch from Yale University.
